Management of Pelvic Fracture with Hemodynamic Instability

the patient remains unstable, urgent angiography and
embolization should be performed. Miller et al. stratified
patients with pelvic fracture and hypotension by response to
resuscitation. Adequate response was defined by sustained
improvement in blood pressure after transfusion of two units
