You can make your hotel reservations
online or by phone. For regular
hotel room reservations by phone,
call 800.848.8877 and ask for the
Western Trauma Association group
rate. For condominium reservations
or special requests, call John
Stonitsch, Group Rooms Coordinator,
at 800.848.8878. Please identify
yourself as a WTA or Western Trauma
Association attendee.
HOUSING DEADLINE
As always, we must emphasize our need to avoid financial exposure to the WTA by
filling our hotel block as early as possible. Hotel reservations must be made
prior to Wednesday, January 10, 2007 when our WTA room block will be released.
Rooms will be available at the discounted rate after January 10 only if space
allows.
Please note: there is a large group of 6,000 skiers that will be in Steamboat
the same week. We highly recommend booking your reservations early to guarantee
you have a room.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE/ROOM DEPOSIT
The Sheraton may require guest room reservations be guaranteed with a deposit
equal to two (2) night’s stay. The Hotel will accept payment in the form of
personal check, money order or major credit card with expiration date. The
remainder of the stay’s room and tax must be paid 21 days prior to arrival, or
the room will be released.
CANCELLATION FEES
Should you cancel your reservation, the Sheraton will refund the deposit
provided notice of cancellation is given more than 21 days prior to arrival. If
notice of cancellation is given between 20 and 15 days prior to arrival, the
Sheraton will refund all but 2 night’s deposit. If notice of cancellation is
given 14 days or less prior to arrival, the Sheraton will not refund any night’s
deposit.
