Registration Information

REGISTRATION
We encourage attendees to register online using a credit card.  The charge on your credit card statement will be from Telusys, our Website Provider, not Western Trauma Association.  Telusys accepts Visa and MasterCard.

For those who need to pay by check, a registration form can be printed from the website. Please make checks payable to Western Trauma Association, and send them along with the registration form to Dr. Christine Cocanour at the address provided on the form.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Early Registration must be completed by Friday, January 22. Registrations received after January 22 will incur a Late Registration of $100. Registrations not received by Friday, February 19 will incur the additional On-Site Registration assessment of $100 as well as the Late Registration fee of $100, for a total of $200 over the Early Registration fee..

FRIENDS & FAMILY FEE
We welcome you to register your friends and family as well. The Friends and Family Fee includes the Welcome Reception, Awards Banquet, Daily Breakfast Monday – Friday, Mountain Picnic and Ski Race. Children’s Fee also includes Children’s Welcome Party & Banquet. Adult Friends & Family members include: spouses, significant others, in-laws, siblings, non-registered friends, children over 18 and other guests.

Pricing for Friends & Family Registration is as follows:
1st Friend/Family Member: $100
Additional Friend/Family Member: $150
Children under 18: $50 each

EARL YOUNG AWARD / WESTERN TRAUMA ASSOCIATION FOUNDATION
We urge you to be generous with your contribution to the Western Trauma Association Foundation, which supports the Earl Young Resident’s Research Award.

ADDITIONAL WTA ACTIVITIES
The WTA Meeting will begin with the Welcome Reception and Children’s Reception on Sunday evening, February 28. The Annual WTA Ski Race & Mountain BBQ will take place on Wednesday, March 4. The Annual Banquet and Children’s Party will be held on Thursday, March 5.

Please note: this year’s WTA sponsored Children’s Parties will have supervision for children ages 4-12. Children under the age of 4 are welcome to attend the parties with a babysitter, nanny or other adult over 18 years old.
