The John M. Templeton, Jr., M.D. Injury Prevention Research Award
To recognize the best example of injury prevention research presented before the Annual Scientific Assembly of the Eastern
Association for the Surgery of Trauma
This will be a yearly award of $1000 beginning at the January, 2007 EAST Scientific Assembly at the Sanibel Harbor
Resort and Spa, Fort Myers, Florida
All EAST members or sponsored guests from other organizations are eligible to submit an abstract to be considered for
oral or poster presentation. Deadline for submission is July 1, 2006. The paper will be considered for publication in the
Journal of Trauma.
